Optimize Evidence Consult Limited (OE) was registered in May 2020 (Reg. No. CS068772020) to address a yawning gap regarding development evidence and data in Ghana and beyond. Hence, OE exists to provide excellent development evidence solutions to government agencies, non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations, private entities and individuals with the with the ultimate aim of helping deliver on their mandate with credible evidence

The goal of OE is to offer state of the art monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and development research support services to our clients and eventually become a leading M&E consultancy service provider in Africa - South of the Sahara. We are anxious to be part of the process to set the stage in contributing to better national and local governance through credible evidence.
